Compliance Manager

About the role

A Compliance Manager is sought to build, implement and continuously improve the company's corporate compliance framework, keeping all business operations aligned with global and local regulations, internal policies and high ethical standards. The role proactively identifies and mitigates compliance risks in data privacy, international sanctions, anti-money laundering (AML) and ethics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead data privacy compliance, including GDPR alignment, privacy impact assessments and incident response
• Oversee sanctions compliance under OFAC, EU, UK and UN regulations
• Implement and monitor AML and ABAC frameworks, including due diligence, transaction monitoring and reporting
• Manage whistleblowing channels and investigate misconduct and Code of Conduct violations
• Drive compliance governance: policy management, regulatory monitoring and reporting
• Design and deliver compliance training programs

Required profile

• 4-6+ years of experience in compliance, legal or risk management roles
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance or a related field
• Fluency in English; Arabic or Turkish is a plus
• Professional certifications such as CAMS, CIPP/E or CCEP are a plus

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of data protection regulations such as GDPR
• Familiarity with international sanctions frameworks and AML practices
• Experience with compliance tools, screening systems or GRC platforms
• Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, and ability to turn complex regulations into practical business guidance
