About the role
OneSec develops small AI-powered delivery drones and is hiring a full-time, on-site Composite Manufacturing & CAD Engineer in Istanbul. The engineer designs composite structures and the molds and production processes for them, working in a small team.
Key responsibilities
- Design composite structures with a high strength-to-weight ratio that are easy to produce.
- Design the molds and production processes for those structures.
- Use 3D printing and physical prototyping to find the best solutions.
Required profile
- Good English fluency.
- Experience working in a workshop environment with physical tools.
Required skills
- Proficiency in CAD tools such as Fusion 360 or SolidWorks.
- Good mechanical intuition about materials and physical structures.
