Continuous Improvement Partner

About the role

Maersk is seeking a Continuous Improvement Partner to drive the adoption and continuous improvement of The Maersk Way across Turkey. The role will partner with business leaders to solve operational challenges, improve processes, and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and maturity of The Maersk Way across the country.
• Facilitate and coach teams on Lean, Kaizen, A3 problem solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement practices.
• Lead cross‑functional projects to improve efficiency, quality, customer experience and business performance.
• Coach leaders and teams on improvement methodologies and change management.
• Identify automation and digitalization opportunities and partner with Digital, Automation and Analytics teams to implement solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Lean Management or Business Transformation.
• Proven track record leading cross‑functional improvement initiatives with measurable impact.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation or manufacturing is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Lean and Continuous Improvement tools: Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, A3 Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, Standard Work, Daily Management Systems.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred).
• Experience with digital, automation or analytics‑enabled transformation initiatives.
