Control & Reporting Manager

About the role

Lesaffre Turkey is looking for an experienced Control & Reporting Manager to lead budgeting, reporting, costing and financial controlling activities. The role ensures accurate financial insights, supports business performance and aligns with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the accounting team to close monthly and yearly financial statements in SAP.
• Ensure compliance of financial statements with IFRS and coordinate with the Group Reporting Team.
• Monitor monthly cost performance, prepare profitability reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Lead the budgeting process, analyze variances and present results to senior management.
• Manage audit processes, communicate with external auditors and support financial feasibility studies for new investments.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in budgeting, reporting and financial controlling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field; graduate degree in Financial Management is a plus.
• Experience in a production company with strong costing knowledge.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Turkish.

Required skills

• SAP financial modules.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
