Corporate Finance Senior Specialist

About the role

Rönesans Holding seeks a Corporate Finance Senior Specialist to support its finance activities at the Head Office in Istanbul. You will develop financial models, assess project feasibility, and support financing transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for existing group companies and new projects, including feasibility and investment analyses.
• Prepare long‑term business plans, manage relationships with financial institutions, and participate in refinancing negotiations.
• Support debt raising, refinancing and capital‑markets transactions by preparing analyses, memoranda, and presentations.
• Produce management reports, board materials, and decision‑support analyses for senior management.
• Conduct valuations, due diligence, and research for M&A, exits, and reporting purposes, coordinating external advisors.
• Monitor financial risks and implement hedging strategies using derivatives.
• Analyze financial performance of potential partners and track subsidiaries to ensure efficient use of resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering (MBA a plus).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, M&A, project finance or related fields.
• Experience in advisory departments of international consulting firms, banks, M&A houses or multilaterals.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent analytical, project‑management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Financial modeling and valuation expertise.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS accounting, tax and debt structuring.
• Experience with derivatives for hedging.
