Corporate & M&A Legal Manager

About the role

DL Attorneys at Law is seeking an experienced legal professional to lead corporate and M&A matters for national and multinational clients. The role involves providing comprehensive legal assistance, managing complex transactions, and coordinating with global advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal assistance on corporate matters such as capital changes, mergers, de‑mergers and reorganisations.
• Lead M&A due diligences, draft closing documents and high‑complexity contracts.
• Attend and support general assembly and board meetings, preparing minutes and resolutions.
• Coordinate global re‑organisation projects with legal and tax advisors.
• Develop legal document strategies through in‑depth research and recommendations.
• Manage legal budgets, proposals, contract reviews, project tracking and invoicing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law with bar admission and 7+ years of professional experience, preferably in a law firm.
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Excellent project and team management skills, ensuring timely delivery of key deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders positively.
