Cost Controller – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Cost Controller will support the Food & Beverage department by providing analytical tools, reports and accurate financial data to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Organise monthly stock counts, perform warehouse reconciliations and conduct variance analyses.
• Prepare accounting data and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
• Monitor monthly inventory movements, prepare consumption reports and perform system entries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date cost, inventory and reporting processes within the MC system.
• Update menu recipes, establish standard costs and conduct competitor cost comparisons.
• Prepare profit and loss analyses for special events and generate efficiency/performance reports.
• Monitor waste, breakage and loss; calculate potential food costs versus actual results.
• Support budgeting processes, strategic planning and product‑based sales analysis.

Required profile

• Experience in cost control or financial analysis within a Food & Beverage environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with inventory data and financial reporting tools.
