Reservation Executive – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Rixos Hotels is looking for a Reservation Executive to join the team at Rixos Tersane Istanbul, a luxury 5‑star property. The role involves handling individual and group bookings across multiple channels while delivering a personalized, high‑end guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage individual and group reservation requests via phone, email and online platforms promptly and professionally.
• Accurately create, update and maintain reservations in the system, ensuring complete guest profiles, preferences and special requests.
• Stay informed on room categories, rates, packages, promotions and hotel services to provide accurate information.
• Upsell and cross‑sell hotel products in line with revenue objectives, leveraging strong product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Sales and Revenue Management to optimise inventory and maximise revenue.
• Follow company policies on payments, cancellations, amendments and data protection.
• Handle VIP, corporate and special‑request bookings with utmost confidentiality and care.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reservation reports as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury or 5‑star hotel environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
