Country Finance Manager

About the role

EXA Infrastructure is seeking a Country Finance Manager to lead finance operations for Turkey. You will partner with senior leaders to drive performance, support growth, and ensure robust financial governance across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Turkish accounting standards, tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting for the country.
• Manage the general ledger in multiple currencies, including month‑end close, journal entries, reconciliations and statutory reporting using Oracle Fusion.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP.
• Coordinate tax compliance, VAT, corporate income tax and other indirect taxes, working with internal tax teams and external advisors.
• Maintain effective internal controls, support internal and external audits and implement corrective actions.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, auditors, tax authorities, banks and legal advisors, acting as a trusted financial advisor to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Significant experience in finance and accounting, including country finance management and multi‑currency ledger handling.
• Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion financial modules.
• Deep understanding of financial reporting requirements, IFRS and local GAAP.
