Creative Manager (Copy) – Advisors Creative Desk

About the role

The Creative Manager (Copy) leads the Advisors Creative Desk within Mastercard's Services team, shaping high‑quality, on‑brand content that drives business impact across the EEMEA region. You will work closely with the Creative Manager (Art) and a multidisciplinary team to translate strategic briefs into compelling campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage creative projects from brief to delivery, ensuring the highest standards of craft.
• Write and develop copy for brand narratives, scripts, digital, social, video, print and direct‑response materials.
• Oversee production and post‑production, managing multiple clients and briefs in parallel.
• Present ideas confidently in internal reviews and client meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of copywriting experience, including senior leadership roles at the Creative Director level or above.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand‑building and integrated work across ATL, BTL, social and digital channels.
• Proven ability to translate strategy and insights into conceptually strong creative work.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in finance or financial services brands.

Required skills

• Leadership and mentorship of junior talent.
• Deep understanding of the digital landscape, social platforms and emerging trends.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
