CRM & Data Analytics Manager / Assistant Manager

About the role

Join TEB BNP Paribas as a CRM & Data Analytics Manager or Assistant Manager and help shape customer journeys through data‑driven insights. You will work closely with sales, marketing, digital and customer service teams to turn complex data into actionable strategies that boost satisfaction and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage data analytics to improve customer journeys and overall satisfaction.
• Analyze customer feedback, behavioural and interaction data to support CRM initiatives.
• Prepare analyses, reports and dashboards that enable data‑driven decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into analytical insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, CRM analytics or similar roles.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities and clear communication of insights.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in analytics and customer‑experience domains.

• Hands‑on experience with Python.
• Hands‑on experience with SAS.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL.
