CRM Program Manager (Remote, Turkey)

About the role

Cambly is seeking a CRM Program Manager to lead its global customer relationship management strategy, covering markets in Latin America, Europe/Middle East, and Asia. The role will own CRM across email, in‑app, push, and messaging apps, driving acquisition, engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute end‑to‑end CRM strategy, build roadmaps and manage lifecycle programs across multiple channels.
• Lead messaging‑app channel strategy (WhatsApp, WeChat, KakaoTalk) from pilot to rollout, and manage platform vendors and contracts.
• Partner with product, data, engineering and regional teams to design audience segmentation, automated journeys and measurement frameworks.
• Own CRM KPIs, dashboards, deliverability health and tie performance to business outcomes such as LTV and retention.
• Drive AI and automation projects to improve reporting, content localization and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing, preferably in consumer subscription, mobile or edtech.
• Proven ability to own CRM strategy and deliver measurable impact on acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboards, experimentation and SQL.
• Excellent cross‑functional program management and stakeholder communication.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise with modern CRM/ESP platforms such as Iterable, Braze or Customer.io.
• Experience with email deliverability best practices.
• SQL or similar query language.
• Familiarity with messaging‑app APIs (WhatsApp Business API, WeChat Official Accounts, KakaoTalk business channels).
• Use of AI, automation and low‑code/no‑code tools for marketing workflows.
