Customer Quality Engineer

About the role

Hyundai Motor Türkiye is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to join its Quality Assurance team in İzmit/Kocaeli. You will act as a bridge between customers, suppliers and internal departments, ensuring that automotive parts meet the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and follow up on European and domestic field claims.
• Conduct joint investigations with suppliers for root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports on quality issues, test results and improvement studies.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions and monitor their effectiveness.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly quality performance reports.
• Visit suppliers regularly to verify actions and confirm compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Materials Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 standards.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
