Customer Service Manager

About the role

Avery Dennison's Istanbul site, part of its Apparel Solutions division, is looking for a Customer Service Manager. The role manages complex customer complaints and service disruptions, oversees end-to-end order processing and supply chain flow, and leads the department's daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex customer complaints and service disruptions with lasting corrective actions.
• Oversee end-to-end order processing, expedite shipments, share pricing and inventory updates, and proactively fix supply chain bottlenecks.
• Run daily departmental scheduling, workload coverage, task tracking, budgets and project timelines.
• Partner with the sales team to meet revenue targets and align operations with long-term business goals.
• Implement, interpret and audit service policies to ensure quality control and compliance.
• Supervise, train and mentor staff, set clear roles, run performance evaluations and support retention and skill growth.

Required profile

• 5+ years of customer service or operations management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong apparel industry (B2B) background and leadership experience is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience or product knowledge of workwear or team sports equipment/apparel is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of team building, staff retention, talent development and conflict resolution.

Required skills

• High-volume workflow management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Turkish and English.
