Key Account Manager - Apparel Solutions

About the role

Avery Dennison is hiring a Key Account Manager for its Apparel Solutions division in Istanbul, Turkey. The role manages a territory of complex, large accounts and works closely with internal functions such as Technical/R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a territory of complex, large accounts with a disciplined, organized approach to large projects, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
• Apply large account management skills across the organization, internally and with customers.
• Maintain profitable growth while keeping existing business at appropriate margins through pricing or efficiency actions.
• Build and grow a healthy pipeline of differentiated opportunities supporting long-term growth.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders so they see you as a trusted partner.
• Understand customer outcomes and align internal resources and products to support them.
• Work with Technical/R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance on business-critical objectives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in apparel, textile or printing; team port experience is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience managing enterprise customer relationships.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Turkish.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally frequently.
