Customer Success Engineer

About the role

Medianova is looking for a customer‑obsessed senior engineer to ensure the stability, performance and reliability of its real‑time CDN and security platforms while delivering top‑notch support to enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor system metrics (CPU, memory, bandwidth, error rates, response times), detect anomalies and take preventive actions before customers are impacted.
• Serve as the first technical point of contact for enterprise customers, triage tickets, investigate issues using logs and traffic data, and guide customers through onboarding, configuration and performance optimisation.
• Automate repetitive tasks, improve monitoring visibility and alert quality, and contribute to documentation and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• At least 2 years of production Linux experience and comfort working in 24/7 shift operations.
• Fluent in Turkish and English with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Knowledge of CDN, DNS, caching, TCP/IP and TLS/SSL.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as PRTG, Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, Kibana, ELK Stack and Fluentd.
• Scripting for automation using Bash and Python.
• Familiarity with Nginx, HAProxy, WAF/DDoS and large‑scale system troubleshooting (nice to have).
