Customer Success Specialist - Maritime Software

About the role

NOZZLE provides cloud-based ship and fleet management software for the maritime industry. It is hiring a Customer Success Specialist for a full-time, hybrid position based in Istanbul, with some flexibility for working from home. The specialist onboards new customers, guides them through implementation and configuration, and supports them day to day.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new customers to NOZZLE Ship Management Software and guide them through implementation, configuration and best practices for maritime operations
• Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues, coordinating with product and technical teams for timely resolution
• Monitor customer usage and satisfaction, provide training sessions and product demos, and gather feedback to improve the platform
• Support customers in meeting compliance and reporting needs
• Document support interactions, contribute to knowledge base materials, and identify opportunities to increase customer value and retention

Required profile

• Strong customer-facing skills, including customer service, support and satisfaction, focused on building long-term relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain technical concepts clearly in English
• Analytical skills for interpreting usage data and recommending solutions
• Experience in maritime, logistics or transportation is an advantage
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting and manage time and priorities between onsite and remote work
• Proactive, detail-oriented, with problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning
