Customer Success Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Zen Media is seeking a proactive, relationship‑driven Customer Success Specialist to be the voice of the agency for its clients. This remote position focuses on building strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and delivering exceptional experiences that foster long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients through scheduled phone and Zoom meetings.
• Conduct regular client check‑ins, gather feedback, and monitor client health in the CRM.
• Identify concerns early, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution.
• Advocate for clients by following up on action items and keeping them informed.
• Encourage satisfied clients to provide reviews, testimonials, and participate in case studies.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Support, Client Services, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication and active listening skills.
• High emotional intelligence, empathy, and confidence handling conversations over phone and Zoom.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client relationships.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and solution‑oriented when handling challenging situations.
