Danish Speaking Customer Service Specialist – English Required

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Danish‑speaking Customer Service Specialist with strong English skills to join our Istanbul office, supporting our industrial kitchen technology business.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email and phone professionally and promptly.
• Provide after‑sales support and manage complaints to ensure high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve cases efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems and follow internal quality standards.

Required profile

• At least C1‑C2 level Danish and C1 level English.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Well‑organized, reliable, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Patient, service‑oriented and customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools such as SAP or Salesforce.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
