Data Analytics and AI Factory Director

About the role

Lead Digiturk’s data and AI ecosystem, shaping strategy, architecture and delivery across the group. You will drive the creation of a modern, scalable data platform that empowers advanced analytics and machine‑learning initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise data models, domain ownership and taxonomy frameworks, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Lead the implementation of data governance, stewardship, metadata management and data‑quality programs across all business units.
• Oversee cloud and hybrid data platform engineering, guaranteeing high availability, performance and cost‑efficiency of data lakes and warehouses.
• Support advanced analytics and AI projects by providing robust data engineering, modeling and secure access to curated datasets.
• Collaborate with technology, product, compliance and business teams to align data services, policies and transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in data management or enterprise technology, including 5+ years in executive leadership.
• Proven expertise in data platform architecture, cloud data services, data engineering, and enterprise data lake/warehouse ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of BI, advanced analytics, AI technologies and the full analytics lifecycle.
• Hands‑on experience with ETL/ELT frameworks, data pipeline orchestration, metadata management, MDM and data lineage best practices.
• Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to build, mentor and lead high‑performing data and analytics teams.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
