Data Analytics Manager

About the role

The Data Analytics Manager will drive commercial performance by turning data into actionable insights across sales channels, markets, customers and product categories. You will own key commercial KPIs, performance reporting and support senior management decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse sales performance, pipeline, forecast accuracy, revenue, pricing, profitability and product/SKU trends to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reporting solutions using Power BI and other BI tools, ensuring clear visibility for Sales and senior leadership.
• Translate complex commercial data into business insights and recommendations, partnering with Sales and Business Development to improve forecasting, target setting and commercial planning.
• Support Salesforce governance, CRM data quality, pipeline discipline and user adoption, and collaborate with IT to improve data infrastructure and reporting automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, MIS, Statistics or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 6–8 years of experience in commercial performance, sales analytics, business intelligence or data analytics, preferably in an international or multi‑channel environment.
• Strong understanding of commercial and sales KPIs, pricing, profitability and sales processes.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI or similar data‑visualisation tools.
• Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL for large datasets.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, including reporting and dashboard creation.
• Experience with ERP systems and integrating multiple commercial data sources.
