Data Privacy Manager

About the role

The Data Privacy Manager will lead Vodafone Turkey’s data protection and information security initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations and safeguarding personal data across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and coordinate data privacy compliance practices and security policies.
• Manage data protection registers, breach notifications, and data retention policies.
• Lead privacy impact assessments, data protection audits and support privacy incident investigations.
• Act as project lead for IT security initiatives and provide subject‑matter expertise.
• Monitor legislative changes, drive privacy‑by‑design programmes and support AI governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computing.
• 10+ years of experience in information security, data privacy, data management or programme management.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations and privacy‑by‑design principles.
• Proven project/programme management track record at senior technical levels.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑influence skills.
