Data Scientist / AI Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Data Scientist / AI Engineer with strong Python programming skills, machine learning expertise, and experience in modern Generative AI technologies to develop and deploy production‑ready AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions for real‑world business problems.
• Build LLM‑based applications using Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Develop and optimise AI pipelines, data processing workflows, and model inference services using Python.
• Take AI solutions from experimentation to production deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate model performance, accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost for reliable production use.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• More than 5 years of experience in data science or AI engineering.
• Hands‑on experience delivering end‑to‑end AI projects, especially with LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Required skills

• Python and its data‑science/ML ecosystem.
• Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit‑learn, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex.
• Vector databases and semantic search: FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma.
• REST API development and integration of AI models.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
