Data Solutions Manager

About the role

DataSpecta is seeking a Data Solutions Manager to lead consulting, delivery, and pre‑sales activities for enterprise Data & AI engagements. You will own project delivery, shape solution proposals, and grow trusted customer relationships across a range of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day customer engagements, ensuring scope, timelines, quality and budget are met.
• Lead discovery workshops, develop proposals, statements of work and proof‑of‑concept activities.
• Coordinate consultants and technical leads across multiple projects, monitor progress and mitigate risks.
• Act as primary contact for assigned accounts, identify follow‑on opportunities and support renewals.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, enterprise technology or technology consulting.
• Proven track record managing Data & Analytics or AI projects and leading pre‑sales activities.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation and written communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Ability to connect business objectives with technical solutions and manage multiple engagements.

Required skills

• SQL, ETL/ELT, data modeling.
• Familiarity with dbt, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Oracle, Power BI.
• Experience with data quality, metadata management, data catalogs, lineage or governance models.
• Exposure to Generative AI, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents and enterprise AI deployments.
