Dell Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to drive Dell solution sales within our dynamic GlassHouse environment. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging Dell and GlassHouse offerings to help customers in the telecom, finance and commercial sectors modernize their storage, server and backup infrastructures.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and provide accurate forecasts.
• Develop and execute overall sales strategies across assigned accounts.
• Leverage Dell and GlassHouse product portfolios to address customer needs and become a trusted advisor.
• Lead storage, server, and backup infrastructure transformation projects and drive associated sales.
• Identify, pursue and close new sales opportunities within the defined account set.
• Maintain a rolling 12‑month forecast and robust sales pipeline.
• Expand the existing customer base and acquire new accounts.
• Shorten sales cycles by focusing customers on core needs and solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Dell account teams, GlassHouse business units and presales to close deals.
• Stay informed on industry trends, product updates and competitive landscape.

Required profile

• University degree from a reputable institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling to telecom, finance or commercial customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Proven ability to manage and grow existing accounts while acquiring new customers.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and customer‑focused attitude.
• Experience managing relationships with manufacturers and distributors.
• Highly motivated, disciplined, analytical and results‑oriented.
• Basic understanding of contracts and ability to negotiate standard and non‑standard terms.
