Export Key Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Export Key Account Manager to lead sales, profitability and growth for our personal care, hygiene and cosmetics brands in international markets. You will manage distributor relationships, develop new channels and ensure smooth order fulfilment across the assigned countries.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales, profitability and growth targets for assigned markets.
• Maintain and expand distributor networks, appointing new partners in under‑performing regions.
• Coordinate customer orders with internal teams, monitoring shipments, inventory and payment status.
• Manage collections, monitor overdue receivables and follow up on payments.
• Prepare forecasts for ~100 SKUs and analyse sales, inventory, pricing and distribution data.
• Develop and execute trade‑marketing activities and annual marketing plans with the Marketing team.
• Conduct regular international trips to assess distributor performance, market penetration, POS execution, competitor activity and product quality.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions and industry events, identifying new business opportunities.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly sales and operational reports and participate in internal coordination meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international/export sales.
• Advanced English proficiency; knowledge of Arabic and/or French is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Effective time‑management and communication skills.
