About the role

Cencora is looking for a motivated Warehouse Operator to handle non‑pharmaceutical products in a temperature‑controlled environment. You will ensure that materials are stored, documented, and shipped according to strict quality and safety standards, supporting the company’s mission to improve health outcomes worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor temperature‑sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to preserve required conditions.
• Update warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identify on‑hold, damaged, or non‑conforming materials and route them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinate material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepare packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalate non‑standard handling or inventory issues for timely follow‑up.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or material handling.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations processes (receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, shipping).
• Understanding of inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability.
• Familiarity with temperature‑controlled handling and cold‑chain requirements for sensitive products.
• Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.
• Capability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.
• Strong attention to identifying inventory, packaging, shipment, and handling exceptions.

Required skills

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification – preferred.
