Deskside Support & Asset Management

About the role

The Deskside Support & Asset Management role provides world‑class IT assistance to executives and high‑visibility users in Istanbul. The position combines hands‑on technical work with proactive asset management and executive‑level service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site and remote IT support to executives, handling complex break/fix issues.
• Perform installations, upgrades, replacements, and other hardware/software tasks.
• Set up and monitor high‑priority executive meetings using collaboration and AV services.
• Provide technical support to Office Services and act as a resource for IT projects across functional areas.
• Respond to support requests promptly, including off‑hours, and follow logging and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to offer proactive support to high‑visibility individuals.

Required profile

• Strong written and oral communication skills, especially for executive‑level support.
• Analytical, problem‑solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, able to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
• Team‑oriented with a collaborative mindset and high customer‑service orientation.
• Professionalism, integrity, and flexibility to be on‑call during off‑hours and weekends.
