Deskside Support Engineer – L2 (Onsite, Istanbul)

About the role

Excis is seeking a customer‑focused Deskside Support Engineer (L2) to provide on‑site technical assistance to a valued enterprise client in Istanbul, including VIP users. The role requires strong communication, professionalism, and hands‑on expertise across a range of devices and enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in Windows environments, including imaging, re‑imaging and PC builds.
• Handle IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) and assist with LAN/Wi‑Fi connectivity, network point patching and workstation setup.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, OneDrive and Intune.
• Manage incidents via ITSM/ticketing tools, ensure SLA compliance and maintain documentation, knowledge‑base articles and asset records.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve issues and provide remote support when required.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS (Windows 10/11 and legacy versions).
• Experience with Windows imaging and deployment tools (SCCM, MDT or USB imaging).
• Solid troubleshooting experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and within a team.
