DevOps Engineer – Secure, Scalable Delivery

About the role

ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to drive secure, scalable and automated technology delivery. You will work within a global engineering culture to enable seamless software delivery through end‑to‑end CI/CD, infrastructure automation and modern deployment practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for .NET, Java and mobile applications.
• Automate infrastructure and container image deployment using OpenShift, Helm and Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with development, quality and operations teams to ensure reliable, secure and efficient delivery pipelines.
• Identify manual processes and automate them end‑to‑end, applying GitOps and DevSecOps principles.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Application Developer and/or DevOps Engineer.
• Strong experience with Git, branch strategy design and CI/CD tools.
• Hands‑on experience with container image deployment and release management on OpenShift.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
