Digital Analytics Specialist

About the role

Hepsiburada is looking for a Digital Analytics Specialist to join its Digital Performance Marketing team. The role helps measure the performance of digital products and marketing activities more accurately, turn data into meaningful insights and strengthen data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and improve digital measurement processes across web and mobile app platforms.
• Monitor, analyze and ensure data quality using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery and similar platforms.
• Design and validate event, conversion and funnel structures in line with business needs.
• Work with marketing, product and technology teams to define tracking requirements for new developments.
• Identify and resolve issues such as data consistency problems, missing tracking or incorrect data flows.
• Support decisions by interpreting data through reporting and analysis, and monitor campaign, channel and user-behavior performance.
• Provide support in attribution, conversion tracking and platform integrations.
• Contribute to analytics documentation, naming conventions and event taxonomy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in digital analytics, web/app measurement or a similar role.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams; detail-oriented, proactive and results-driven.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
