Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

As a Digital Marketing Executive at Danone Türkiye, you will shape the future of iconic brands by supporting strategic initiatives, driving consumer engagement, and collaborating across teams to deliver meaningful impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage integrated media campaigns across TV, DV360, Meta, TikTok, online video and paid search.
• Track media KPIs (reach, engagement, efficiency, conversion) and turn insights into optimization actions.
• Continuously improve audiences, creatives, placements, bidding and budget allocation.
• Identify and test new platforms, formats and media opportunities.
• Use tools such as DV360, Meta & TikTok Business Manager, GA4, GTM, Firebase and Adjust for performance evaluation.
• Support accurate measurement through pixels, conversion tracking and tagging.
• Partner with media agencies on planning, activation, optimization and reporting.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, media or performance marketing.
• Hands‑on experience or strong familiarity with DV360, Meta & TikTok Business Manager.
• Strong understanding of digital media channels, campaign optimization and performance metrics.
• Analytical, comfortable with Excel and large datasets.
• Proactive, curious and comfortable working with agencies and multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.
