Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Join Aydınlı Group’s e‑commerce team as a Digital Marketing Manager and lead the development and execution of digital strategies that drive customer acquisition, traffic, conversion and sales for globally recognised fashion brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage the digital marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Design performance‑focused channel and media plans across SEO, SEM, paid social, affiliate and programmatic advertising.
• Manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta platforms and other relevant networks.
• Analyse website and e‑commerce performance, translating insights into actionable initiatives.
• Plan and control the digital marketing budget, allocating spend across channels, countries and campaigns.
• Lead agency relationships, from briefing and KPI setting to performance tracking and optimisation.
• Collaborate with central marketing, CRM, technology and commercial teams to enhance the digital customer journey.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, AI‑driven search, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience across multiple digital marketing disciplines, especially performance marketing.
• Ability to think holistically about digital channels and integrate them for maximum impact.
