Digital Marketing Specialist – DTC E-commerce (100% Remote EU)

About the role

Foxelli Group is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist for its DTC e-commerce brands (Mrs. Quilty, Hooks & Needles and This Month's Craft Box) on a fixed service fee basis. The role is full-stack: you help turn ideas into real sales and also create the content behind them, working across marketing, design and development. It is 100% remote and based on a contract/freelance agreement.

Key responsibilities

• Create social media content: photos, videos, edits and captions, including filming, photographing and styling unboxed product
• Manage and grow social channels, including the Facebook community, and track what performs
• Support marketing plans, pull performance data and suggest improvements to funnels and campaigns
• Write copy for ads, landing pages and funnels, review designs and work with the design team on ad creative
• Check landing pages for UX, flow and functionality, and help run A/B tests
• Collect customer feedback, spot pain points and feed insights into acquisition and sales
• Use AI tools such as GPT and image/video generators to speed up work
• Bridge marketing, design and development by writing clear briefs and tracking project progress

Required profile

• Available at least 5 hours during Eastern European Time (EET) working hours for full-time roles
• Open to candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported
• Experience with AI tools to move faster and test ideas
