Digital Marketing Specialist - Kia Turkey

About the role

Çelik Motor, a long-standing member of the Anadolu Group and a major player in the Turkish automotive industry, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist for its Kia brand. The role covers digital marketing strategy, media planning and buying, performance marketing and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with marketing and growth objectives.
• Manage media planning and buying in line with the annual digital media strategy, working closely with agencies.
• Plan and run performance marketing across social media ads, SEO, paid digital channels and owned media.
• Develop and optimise visual, mobile and social media campaigns, running daily optimisations.
• Measure and improve user acquisition and campaign performance using mobile attribution tools such as Adjust and AppsFlyer.
• Use engagement and personalisation platforms such as Insider to manage campaigns for acquisition, retention and brand awareness.
• Design and run A/B tests and take part in building advertising models on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and X (Twitter).
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and analyse results with GA4 and Meta Business Suite.
• Manage website processes including content updates, SEO compliance, performance and UX improvements, using tools such as Jira.
• Foster collaboration between marketing, communications, growth, product and data teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or Advertising.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Excellent command of English.
• Data-driven, analytical and proactive, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
