Influencer Lead - Beauty & Wellbeing

About the role

Concentrix, which designs and manages human-centered customer experiences in the digital world, is looking for an Influencer Lead to lead the influencer agenda for Beauty & Wellbeing brands and the BW Community. The role develops and executes influencer strategies, drives creator partnerships and optimizes program performance, using deep knowledge of the Turkish influencer ecosystem to support brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand priorities and business objectives, keeping close to the Turkish creator landscape and platform trends.
• Lead influencer campaigns end-to-end, including selection, briefing, content approval, contract management and deployment, working with agencies to meet deadlines, budget and objectives.
• Lead the BW Community and Nano Influencer Program, growing a scalable community and overseeing related platforms and innovation.
• Partner with global influencer and social-first teams, adapt global best practice to Turkey and share local insights with global stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Brand, Media, Digital, Legal, Procurement and other teams.
• Own KPI tracking, performance analysis and reporting, manage adoption of measurement platforms such as Traackr, and generate insights to improve ROI.
• Manage influencer marketing budgets, guide agencies in building creator relationships and act as a key contact for the Beauty & Wellbeing influencer ecosystem.

Required profile

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, campaign management and creator partnerships.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Experience managing influencers and owning budgets.
• Fluent English and ability to work in a global environment.

• Knowledge of the influencer ecosystem and creator economy.
• Stakeholder and project management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and performance evaluation skills.
• Experience with influencer measurement and reporting platforms (Traackr preferred).
• Understanding of social media platforms, digital trends and emerging creator behaviors.
