Director of Finance & Business Support

About the role

As the Director of Finance & Business Support you will lead the finance team of Fairmont Quasar Istanbul, ensuring the hotel’s financial operations align with both local and corporate standards. You will drive financial strategy, monitor performance, and safeguard the business against risks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and train the finance team, fostering a service‑focused culture.
• Supervise day‑to‑day finance office activities and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Assess the hotel’s financial performance, identify risks and propose corrective actions.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and planning aligned with corporate objectives.
• Maintain and improve SOPs, control systems and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Director of Finance, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Proven leadership experience with a stable track record.
• Strong communication, networking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly responsible, reliable and able to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
