Director of Sales & Marketing – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial strategy of a luxury hotel brand. Reporting to the Executive Committee, you will shape revenue, brand, and partnership initiatives to drive growth across all hotel segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual room, banquet and digital marketing strategies for key market segments (corporate, consortia, MICE, luxury partnerships).
• Own revenue‑management, e‑commerce and distribution strategies across direct and third‑party channels to protect rate integrity and maximize room revenue.
• Direct brand marketing, PR and communications while acting as Brand Guardian to uphold luxury standards.
• Serve as hotel spokesperson and advise senior leadership on sales, marketing, crisis management and brand reputation.
• Maintain high‑level luxury brand partnerships, travel partners and media relationships.
• Collaborate with Division Heads to drive performance across Food & Beverage, Spa & Wellness and ancillary services.
• Manage the annual Sales & Marketing budget, oversee division P&L and provide commercial analytics and ROI reports.
• Lead, coach and develop the Sales & Marketing team, handling succession planning and performance reviews.
• Participate as an active member of the Executive Committee in overall hotel leadership and strategic projects.

Required profile

• Proven executive leadership experience in Sales & Marketing within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strategic thinker with deep expertise in revenue management, luxury brand PR, digital marketing and distribution channels.
• Strong financial acumen with success in budget management, P&L analysis and ROI generation.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching and team‑building capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, public speaking and crisis communication skills.
• Fluent in English and proficient in Turkish.
