Distribution Account Manager, Eastern Europe

About the role

Cohesity, a leader in AI-powered data security, is looking for a Distribution Account Manager based in Turkey. You will manage and enable distributors across Eastern Europe and Turkey within Cohesity's Partner Ecosystem, driving distributor-led growth, enablement and expansion of Cohesity's footprint in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage distribution partnerships, executing joint business plans to grow the pipeline across Eastern Europe
• Create awareness, demand and preference for Cohesity solutions and services with distributor partners
• Drive bookings and joint go-to-market execution with distributors
• Forecast distributor pipeline conversion with the e-sales teams
• Lead the sales strategy and business plan for assigned distributor accounts, using it as a roadmap for growth, alliances and contribution to Cohesity's objectives
• Enable distributor sales and technical teams, track performance against plan and close gaps in enablement, engagement, pipeline and bookings
• Coordinate marketing activities with distributors, using Cohesity's marketing resources to define prioritization, execution and ROI

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field, or equivalent experience with 8+ years of distribution/channel management experience
• Proven track record of achieving quota and growing distributor-managed partners, ideally in the Gulf region
• Comfortable presenting to small and large groups, in person and virtually
• Ability to work independently and remotely, with a willingness to travel more than 50%, including regularly across the Gulf and occasionally internationally
