E-Commerce Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Executive to lead our e‑commerce growth initiatives for the On brand in Turkey. You will drive digital campaigns, optimise spend and collaborate across teams to maximise online sales.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other channels aligned with brand and sales goals.
• Manage agency relationships, budgets and reporting for performance, SEO and analytics partners.
• Analyse media investments using ROAS, CPA, CAC and conversion metrics to improve efficiency.
• Monitor traffic performance, produce regular analytics reports and develop strategies to boost conversion and acquisition.
• Collaborate with CRM, e‑commerce, product and marketing teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of performance marketing experience, preferably in sports, fashion or premium retail.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
