E-Commerce Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

Saturn Spor, the exclusive distributor of On in Turkey since 2024, is looking for an E-Commerce Performance Marketing Executive. The role plans and runs digital performance marketing campaigns aligned with the brand's e-commerce sales and growth goals, manages performance marketing agencies and optimises digital media spend.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital performance marketing campaigns aligned with On brand, e-commerce sales and growth objectives.
• Manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital performance channels.
• Manage relationships with Performance Marketing, SEO and Analytics agencies and oversee related budgets.
• Analyse and optimise digital media investments based on ROAS, revenue, conversion rate, customer acquisition and cost metrics.
• Monitor the performance of all traffic channels and provide regular reporting through analytics platforms.
• Analyse campaign, category and product performance and develop strategies to increase sales and conversion rates.
• Develop audience and campaign strategies for new customer acquisition and retargeting.
• Collaborate with CRM, e-commerce, product and marketing teams so performance marketing fits the customer journey and commercial objectives.
• Take an active role in SEO initiatives and stay up to date with digital advertising technologies and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in sports, fashion, premium or luxury retail.
• Advanced English (C1 level or above).
• Experience managing digital media budgets and agencies.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with a results-oriented mindset focused on sales performance.
