E‑Commerce Key Account Manager – Turkish Market

About the role

You will drive the growth of Philips' e‑commerce business across key online customers in the Turkish market. The role combines full commercial ownership of assigned accounts with data‑driven decision‑making and strong cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Own revenue, margin, forecasting and promotional planning for assigned e‑commerce key accounts.
• Develop and execute customer‑specific e‑commerce strategies and annual joint business plans.
• Optimize digital shelf excellence, product content, SEO, availability (OSA) and search performance.
• Activate retail media, plan and evaluate promotional calendars and investment strategies.
• Analyze sell‑out data, market trends and shopper insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Track and manage KPIs such as conversion rate, traffic, content score and on‑shelf availability.
• Leverage advanced e‑commerce tools and dashboards to monitor and improve performance.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Business or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in e‑commerce key account management or digital sales.
• Strong understanding of online customers, digital business models and performance drivers.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer‑centric skills.
• Fluency in English.
