Education Coordinator for MAC and Bobbi Brown

About the role

The Education Coordinator supports the National Education Manager, National Artist and Area Retail Trainer by handling administrative tasks, coordinating training logistics and managing the MACx digital learning platform for MAC and Bobbi Brown brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage correspondence, calls, emails and administrative tasks with professionalism.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly education reports, analyse results and suggest improvements.
• Process purchase orders, coordinate training room bookings, artist hotel reservations and flight arrangements.
• Oversee receipt and distribution of training samples, workbooks and equipment, and manage local production of training materials.
• Maintain the MACx digital learning platform, ensure content relevance, handle translations, communicate upcoming modules and track completion rates.
• Review and approve MAC Pro membership applications and manage the online appointment booking system across stores.
• Provide operational support for Bobbi Brown training logistics and brand‑specific initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Internship or at least 1 year of education‑related experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• High energy, self‑motivation and ability to work independently.
