Educational Consultant

About the role

We are a leading education consultancy seeking a dynamic Educational Consultant to expand our market share in Turkey and worldwide. You will guide students and parents through study abroad options and support them throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce programs and services of foreign education institutions to students and parents via office visits, phone or email.
• Manage the counselling process, helping students choose the best country, city, school and accommodation, and complete registration procedures.
• Follow up on client files after acceptance and registration, providing after‑sales support.
• Assist with visa and residence procedures and maintain communication with students studying abroad.
• Attend sales meetings, propose suggestions to increase sales, and represent the company at fairs, seminars, workshops, and meetings in Turkey and abroad.

Required profile

• Preferably experience in the education sector outside Turkey and completed a training program abroad.
• Undergraduate diploma from a suitable university.
• High organisational skills and excellent command of English.
• Good command of Microsoft Office programs.
• No travel restrictions and strong interpersonal relations.
• Friendly, determined, disciplined, punctual and hardworking, eager to develop and learn new things.
