About the role

Join Allianz’s Life & Pension team as an Elementary Commercial Insurance Team Member, supporting business leaders in project portfolio management and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Actively manage the business project portfolio, ensuring timelines, budgets and scope are met.
• Provide governance, facilitation and detailed analysis for initiatives aligned with company strategy.
• Support strategic planning, budgeting, risk mitigation and SLA monitoring.
• Prepare reports and presentations for top management and steering committees.

Required profile

• University degree (MBA is an asset).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, business analysis or software development, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Project & Portfolio Management methodology.
• Agile methods.
• PMP certification (plus).
• Advanced Excel skills.
