Employer Branding Management Assistant Manager

About the role

AXA Türkiye is seeking an Employer Branding Management Assistant Manager to strengthen its employer brand and enhance the employee experience across the organization. You will work closely with HR, marketing, and external creative agencies to design and deliver compelling internal communication initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute employer branding strategies that align with AXA’s people‑first culture.
• Lead internal communication campaigns to promote employee engagement and corporate values.
• Collaborate with creative agencies, manage briefing processes, and ensure delivery of high‑quality brand assets.
• Monitor employee experience metrics and recommend improvements.
• Support talent acquisition and retention efforts through targeted branding activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in employer branding, internal communication, or employee experience.
• Proven ability to work with external agencies and manage complex briefing cycles.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.

Required skills

• Experience managing creative agency relationships.
• Ability to coordinate briefing processes and deliver brand‑aligned content.
