Organizational Development Director

About the role

LC Waikiki is seeking an Organizational Development Director to lead enterprise‑wide transformation, organization design and workforce planning initiatives that support the company’s growth and sustainability objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement organization design, workforce planning and transformation strategies aligned with corporate growth and operational goals.
• Lead enterprise‑level redesign of structures, management layers, governance mechanisms and capability models.
• Establish corporate standards for headcount efficiency, job architecture and capacity planning.
• Provide strategic advisory to senior executives on restructuring, workforce strategies and organizational effectiveness.
• Monitor global OD trends, integrate AI tools where appropriate and report progress to the Executive Committee.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field.
• 12–15 years of experience in HR, Organizational Development, Organization Design, Strategic Workforce Planning or Corporate Transformation within large, multi‑location organizations.
• Proven track record in leading transformation programs, change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic action plans.

Required skills

• Advanced expertise in organizational architecture, operating model design and governance structures.
• Experience with AI integration in business processes.
• Fluent English communication.
