Recruiter / Headhunter – Fashion Retail

About the role

LC Waikiki is seeking a proactive Recruiter with strong headhunting abilities to join its HR team at the Istanbul headquarters. You will act as a talent advisor and brand ambassador, driving the attraction and selection of top talent for a global fashion retailer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of positions across the fashion retail business.
• Conduct proactive market mapping and headhunting to build long‑term talent pipelines.
• Perform competency‑based interviews and, when needed, coordinate assessment centers.
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic talent recommendations.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience while aligning selections with the company’s growth objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum three years of recruitment experience, preferably with agency or in‑house headhunting exposure.
• Strong knowledge of fashion retail trends and talent market dynamics.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Effective communication, influencing, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment and work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in competency‑based interviewing techniques.
• Experience with assessment centers (a plus).
