EMR Supervisor

About the role

Maersk is seeking an EMR Supervisor to lead Equipment Maintenance & Repair operations, ensuring equipment availability, repair quality, cost control, and supplier performance across its network. The role is based in Istanbul and involves close collaboration with local depots, terminals, vendors, and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily EMR operations and depot performance.
• Manage suppliers against KPIs, SLAs, quality, and safety standards.
• Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with EMR policies and SOPs.
• Utilize data and analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.

Required profile

• Experience in equipment, depot, logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.
• Strong supplier and performance management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience driving operational excellence and cost control.
• Valid driving license.
• Fluent Turkish and English communication skills; Russian and Arabic are assets.
