ERP and Enterprise Applications Manager

About the role

We are a leading Food & Beverage Services company seeking an experienced ERP and Enterprise Applications Manager to lead the management, maintenance, and strategic development of our ERP landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end planning, management and implementation of digital transformation projects.
• Analyze and prioritize legal and corporate requirements, driving design, development and deployment of solutions.
• Research and evaluate new technologies, conduct feasibility studies and select optimal solutions.
• Manage SLA compliance, vendor relationships and third‑party service issues.
• Lead system integrations, data management and performance improvement activities.
• Coordinate teams, stakeholders and provide regular reporting on system processes.

Required profile

• Graduate in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, MIS or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in ERP and corporate applications.
• Proven experience in team management and leadership.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and English language skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Competence in business analysis, process management and project management.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives.
